In all of Burnis' training endeavors the common theme has been 'results'. He doesn't believe in wasting his clients’ time or money but ensuring that the client achieves the goals that they set out for. “When I meet with a client for the first time I can tell by their eyes if they really want it or not, and those are the people that I choose to work with, I don't want to waste my or their time.
Burnis believes that the Fitness Boot Camp concept is the best thing that has happened to the fitness industry in many years, “not only do these women get their body fat and weight down, they also get to train with other women who can relate to their body issues and be trained by someone who isn't new to fitness and is aware of their mind, body and soul and thinks outside the box in his training methods.” You'll never know what Burnis can do for you unless you make the step to experience Body By Burnis.
Burnis' background of fitness training goes beyond his 10 years of certified training experience. He played college football at
the University of Hawaii and ended up signing as a free agent with the B. C. Lions of the CFL in 88' and had a tryout with the Seattle Seahawks in 91'. Aside from his extensive involvement in football and basketball in high school he also qualified for the state championships in track.
Burnis' broad experience in a variety of athletic endeavors coupled with his 10 year experience as a certified personal trainer has helped him to position himself to train former U. W.
first round draft pick Joe Kelly; preparing him for his rookie year in the NFL, coach high school football at Garfield High School in the mid
eighties, while
he helped many young men get to college. Burnis also coached little league
