I am so glad i made the decision to do myself a favour and sign up
for Burnis Jones' Adventure Bootcamp for Women! I've been wanting
to return to a more active lifestyle for quite awhile, and this has
been just the ticket to get going in that direction again. It's a
wonderful way start to the day and is a spark to give me more energy
throughout the rest of the day. Burnis is far from the harsh barking drill sergeant you might imagine
from the "bootcamp" name. Instead, he is a phenomenal trainer and a
genuinely nice guy. Even though we're training in unison as group,
Burnis sees each of us within the group as individuals and gives kind,
helpful attention to each person. He recognizes our individual
capabilities, tailors the moves as required, and encourages each of
us to try as hard as we can. Our muscles burn as they're supposed to
be doing in a good workout, but it is actually fun to push ourselves
to exceed our own expectations. I'm enjoying everything about the class
-- Burnis' way of teaching, the fun women i'm working out with, and the
way it's making me feel. Thanks, Burnis!

My name is Dione and I'm a full-time student and mother of three, ages 14,
17 and 20. I have been working out in one form or another consistently
since I was 22, and now, at age 53, I am seeing the benefits of all those
hours of sweat! So I'm not new to the idea of hard work. However, I felt
I needed a "booster shot" to rev up my engines just a little, especially
since I'm getting married in a month, so I joined Burnis' fitness bootcamp
with my good friend. I am just finishing my third week and I can not only
feel the results but I can see them, as well. My mid section, although I
have very little fat, has trimmed down from all the ab and especially the
oblique workouts we've been doing. I have also been training my hamstrings
more, as my quads are over-developed from years of running. Most importantly,
however, is the fact that Burnis has me STRETCHING!! I hate to stretch, and
he has really helped me to push beyond my comfort zone and my left hamstring
is no longer in constant pain! If it weren't for this class and Burnis'
personal attention to my needs, I would not be heading in this positive
direction. This is like a small miracle!! Thanks, Burnis!!!
